Pacific
Breeze Winery has been producing premium commercial wine at their
facility in New Westminster since 2005. Owners Frank Gregus and Maurice
Hamilton source ultra premium grapes from the most desirable regions in
Washington and California and have established solid long-term
winery/grape grower relationships. This is being exemplified through
the inclusion of the vineyard designation on the wine bottle labels.
Pacific Breeze currently produces one Chardonnay and several red wines,
notably Bordeaux varietals (Cabernet, Merlot, Cabernet Franc), and
Rhone varietals (Syrah, Petite Sirah, Mourvedre & Grenache).
In this tasting we will be comparing the current releases with the following commercial wines from the VAWS cellar.
