Monday, August 8 ANNUAL BARBECUE  past events Tuesday, January 19, 2010 INTERNATIONAL GOLD MEDAL CHALLENGE Four
wine societies: the Vancouver American Wine Society, the Australian
Wine Appreciation Society, the British Columbia Wine Appreciation
Society, and Les Chevaliers des Vins de France, are planning their
first ever joint event, and you are invited!
This will be a true wine challenge.
Each Society will enter three red wines. Each wine may cost up to $40 –
truly world class – and must be currently available in BC. All wines
will be tasted blind – not even the organizers will know which is which.
Vote for your favourite – and see
at the end of the evening which Society’s Presidents will have the
privilege of wearing the Gold, Silver and Bronze medals!
